To acquire a Green Property Certificate (GPC) in Punjab for the purpose of confirming land ownership or facilitating a new property transaction, visit the closest Arazi Record Center (ARC). Please bring:
  • Original CNIC
  • Ownership documents (Fard or Registry)
  • A processing fee of PKR 900.
