How it Works (Retransfer + Lamination)
- Retransfer Printing: The Avansia prints a high-resolution (600 dpi) image onto a carrier film, not directly onto the card, ensuring edge-to-edge coverage and sharp details like micro-text.
- Lamination: A separate module applies a protective laminate film (blank or with security features like UV) over the printed image, bonding it with heat for durability and fraud protection.
