The HID BGR700 is a part of HID’s ticket reader portfolio (formed from HID’s acquisition of Access-IS) is a robust, contactless boarding gate reader for 2D barcoded boarding passes (BCBPs).
The innovative device has a large reading aperture to allow truly intuitive use with all media types, including smart watches.
- Omnidirectional face up reading enables airport staff to read boarding passes rapidly for efficient passenger processing.
- Speed of transaction is enhanced by near-zero latency, meaning barcodes and tickets read instantly on presentation.
